Your Excel list and your template are uploaded so the server can generate your documents. They are stored on the server only for as long as it takes you to download the results, and are deleted automatically after 24 hours, together with everything generated from them.
If you want a batch removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.
No account is required to use this tool. There is no signup, no password and no email address collected to run a batch.
If you buy an unlock, the payment is handled by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. They collect your payment and billing details; we never see your card number. Your licence key is stored in your browser as a cookie so that downloads stay unlocked on your next visit.
The server keeps ordinary web logs (IP address, time, which page) for security and troubleshooting.
You can see every generated file, at full size, before you pay. That is deliberate: check the documents are exactly what you need first.
If the tool still does not do what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No form to fill in and no explanation required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Creem and normally arrive within 5–10 business days.
A one-time payment unlocks downloads. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Your licence key keeps working for future batches. Limits: up to 300 rows per batch; templates in .docx, .pptx or .xlsx; output in Word or PDF.
