Your Excel list and your template are uploaded so the server can generate your documents. They are stored on the server only for as long as it takes you to download the results, and are deleted automatically after 24 hours, together with everything generated from them.
If you want a batch removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.
No account is required to use this tool. There is no signup, no password and no email address collected to run a batch.
If you buy an unlock, the payment is handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. They collect your payment and billing details; we never see your card number. Your licence key is stored in your browser as a cookie so that downloads stay unlocked on your next visit.
The server keeps ordinary web logs (IP address, time, which page) for security and troubleshooting.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your page views, an approximate location from your IP address, and two events: that a batch was generated, and that a licence was unlocked. It never receives your files, your filenames, your column names or your email address. If you would rather not be counted, any browser-level tracking blocker stops it, and nothing on this site stops working when it is blocked.
You can see every generated file, at full size, before you pay. That is deliberate: check the documents are exactly what you need first.
Because you can inspect the complete result before paying, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
If a download fails, a key stops working, or you need it moved to another computer, email us and we will sort it out.
A one-time payment unlocks downloads. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Your licence key keeps working for future batches. Limits: up to 300 rows per batch; templates in .docx, .pptx or .xlsx; output in Word or PDF.
